GO4ELLIS AND NEW ENGLAND PREMIERSHIP ENTER STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

(PHILADELPHIA, PA) - Go4Ellis has formed a strategic partnership with the New England Premiership (NEP), a club-based league for soccer clubs throughout New England. The NEP is a 23-club league that will operate a US Club Soccer sanctioned Regional Cup competition this spring. As an existing partner of Go4Ellis, US Club Soccer provided the backdrop for the new relationship. Utilizing the only nationwide solution for staffing per diem athletic trainers, the partnership will provide the NEP access to the over 12,000 licensed athletic trainers currently on the Go4Ellis platform.

The inaugural season for the cup kicks off this May, and features boys and girls teams from Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and New Hampshire ranging from U13-U19. The spring 2021 competition provides an opportunity for these players to compete for the title of New England Champion and the chance to advance to the US Club Soccer Nationals.

The NEP is committed to providing a superior experience for their member clubs. This includes a commitment to minimum standards such as coaching licensure, proper facilities, and safety. US Club Soccer has strict guidelines on staffing certified Athletic Trainers at tournaments, and the partnership with Go4Ellis provides a streamlined avenue for NEP to fulfill those requirements.

When designing the league guidelines, League Director Adam Scott knew that he could provide a better player development environment by honing in on problem areas of the sport; younger age groups have fewer players-per-side and the league includes a referee mentoring program to control the quality of the game play. Now with the Go4Ellis partnership, NEP is also taking the next step towards ensuring the safest environment possible for all participants.

"The NEP is excited to be working with our newest partner Go4Ellis to support both our NEP New England Regional Cup as well as our NPL Final 4 competitions this Spring season.  The Go4Ellis platform connects the NEP with on-demand National Athletic Trainers' Association Athletic Trainers for our upcoming competitions.  The health and safety of our competing players is our most important concern and we know our players will be in good hands and well taken care of while striving to reach their collective team goals at these upcoming NEP events. If you are a local athletic trainer that is interested in working with us and Go4Ellis, please click here for more information,” said Adam Scott.

Athletic trainer services include injury and illness prevention, wellness promotion and education, emergency care, examination and clinical diagnosis. As healthcare professionals, athletic trainers are also trained and equipped in executing COVID-19 protocols as well as in managing and enforcing state or local return-to-play guidelines.

Athletic Trainers on the Go4Ellis platform also have exclusive access to the only HIPAA-compliant mobile EMR. ATs can now focus on patient-centered treatment with documented evaluations and proof of action that provides efficient collaboration with the next clinician that treats the patient. De-identified data is also aggregated to drive education and policy in youth sports.

"The New England Premiership is committed to standards that provide a better experience on and off the field. We are excited to be able to help the league and their member clubs with staffing healthcare professionals. Especially in today's environment, athletic trainers are helping us return to sports in the safest and fastest way possible," said Ricky Schwartzberg, Director of Business Development at Go4Ellis.

Go4Ellis believes that there should be an athletic trainer on every sideline, everywhere. Streamlined access to healthcare professionals has been a constant challenge within the amateur sports world. With the Go4Ellis platform, NEP coaches and league organizers will be able to select from a pool of qualified applicants, mitigating their risk of operating. The shift poster is able to set the pay rate, meaning the benefits are also budget conscious.
