Most Important Thing in Your Bag: A towel.  From cleaning up blood, to covering cleats for a hamstring stretch to making sure the QB's hands are dry, my towel can get used many different ways!

Best AT Moment: Building that strong relationship and trust with the athletes, coaches and colleagues and knowing the people I work with know that I can do my job and that my athletes know they can come to me about anything and I will do whatever I can for them.
