Presidents Taping Ankles

The Go4Ellis team has spent the Spring hitting District Conferences across the country and meeting with State athletic trainer leaders.  It’s important to us that state leaders understand and support our mission before we launch in new states. So, we were thrilled/floored/ecstatic when the state presidents for Pennsylvania and New Jersey did more than just meet with us, they actually joined our platform and worked a couple of per diem shifts!

George Roberts, President of the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers Society, worked a women’s professional football game between the Boston Renegades and the Pittsburgh Passion on Saturday, April 21 at West Allegheny High School outside of Pittsburgh. Kevin Briles, President-Elect of the Athletic Trainers’ Society of New Jersey , worked the Premier1 I-95 Spring Basketball Showcase in Manalapan Township, NJ.

Roberts commented his experience, “I enjoyed great communication with [the event operator], and the players, coaches and owners were great and very appreciative.  Go4Ellis is a wonderful opportunity for an athletic trainer who is playing on the back nine of his/her career. It made me feel like a real athletic trainer again.”

The event operators were thrilled to have such extremely qualified and experienced athletic trainers watching over their their athletes.  Vinny LaSorsa, Director of Operations for Premier1, said, “Our experience with Go4Ellis has been outstanding.  We truly enjoyed our experience with Kevin and the other athletic triners who worked our event, and we look forward to meeting them again! Two thumbs up!”

Ben Brown, General Manager of the Boston Renegades women’s professional football team added, “Go4Ellis has been great for us--we've used their ATC sourcing services several times know and it has been a tremendous help to us. I would strongly recommend Go4Ellis to anyone that needs to hire a well-qualified local ATC to help them out on game day!”
